Dr. Ram Bajaj is the only motivator of international repute having equal mastery in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Law and Social Science (Civics).

Dr. Ram Bajaj was born on 7 December, 1943 in the village of Himatsar in the district of Bikaner, Rajasthan. He was the Sixth son of his Father Late Seth Jaganath Bajaj and his mother Late Smt. Champa Devi Bajaj. Seth Jaganath Bajaj was a very famous personality in Rajasthan who had spent his entire life in uplifting of the Dalits and Harijans and is still remembered in his village for all his deeds and works done. Dr. Ram Bajaj inherited from his Father all his cultural Values and the direction, leading to his success.

Dr. Ram Bajaj did his schooling from a small school in the Village of Himatsar and then Went to B.I.T.S. Pilani to pursue for higher studies and study in engineering. He came out of B.I.T.S Pilani as a Civil Engineer and joined the Public Works Department (P.W.D).

Although he had many several good offers for a better job and also had a family business in Mumbai which was run by his elder brothers, he chose the path of joining the Government service and did the work for the people of Rajasthan. The Social Welfare which was started from a Village of Himatsar by his Father, he wanted to take it to the whole Rajasthan and wanted to serve for the welfare of Rajasthan.

During his course of service he was posted at Ratangarg, Udaipur, Bharatpur and various other places. Towards the end of his service he was posted as an executive Engineer in Bikaner District and took retirement in December 2001. Even today he is remembered in his office as an Engineer who has never been seen and will be seen.

From the day he joined his service he joined as a Junior Engineer, he worked day and night for the welfare of his state. Many villages did not have roads and the roads were constructed under his guidance. In his period of service he did everything which he could do for the Public.

One of the examples of his services was construction of a road of 2.5 kms in a span of 8 hours which is next to impossible but as per him nothing is impossible if the work is done with full dedication and proper planning and right decision is taken at the right time.

His art of practical imagination (understanding & intelligence) has shown a new way to the youths, misguided people and their children and have helped them in taking big decisions.

His book “Unchi Udaan – Ek Kamayabi” has now become an International Best Seller. Dr. Ram Bajaj articles are regularly published in leading newspapers and magazines.
